Rig5ive collects only what it needs to respond to you, run the giveaway, and improve this site. We do not sell your information.

  1. What you submitForms on this site collect your business name and the state it is based in, your name, phone, email, and business details such as revenue range, years in business, and employee count. Nominations may also include your name and email unless you nominate anonymously.
  2. Video intake agentIf you request your audit by video call, you talk with an AI agent, not a person, and only after you agree to these terms on screen. Our video-call provider processes your camera and microphone live so the agent can see and hear you, and keeps a transcript that we review. Call recording is turned off, and the agent is set not to read your emotions from your face or voice. After the call, the details you gave are saved as your audit request, just like our audit form. We delete the call and its transcript 90 days after the call. We keep a record of your agreement, which holds only the version of the terms you saw, the time, and the call’s reference number, as proof that you agreed.
  3. How we use itTo contact you, deliver your audit, administer the $10,000 Digital Makeover, pay nomination bounties, and send the confirmation email for your submission. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. If you sign up for the blog newsletter, your email is stored with our email provider (Resend) only to send new posts, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
  4. Cookies and analyticsPostHog analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. With your OK, it sets cookies to measure visits, form activity, and errors, so we learn which pages work; PostHog processes this data in the United States. If you reject it, PostHog never loads. Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies or anything stored in your browser, so it runs either way. Strictly necessary storage always runs: your cookie choice, bot protection, the video agent’s one-call-per-day limit, and hiding the Gabby tile if you dismiss it. Cal.com sets its own cookies only if you open the booking calendar. Change your choice anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
  5. Who else handles itService providers that run this site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Cal.com (scheduling), PostHog (analytics), and a video-call provider (the video intake agent). They process data only to provide those services.
  6. Your choicesTo see, correct, or delete what you submitted, including a video call transcript, email support@rig5ive.com or reply to any email from us, and we will handle it within 30 days.
