Official rules
- No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Entry and the complimentary audit are free and create no obligation. Void in New York and Florida, in U.S. territories, and where prohibited.
- Sponsor. Rig5ive, Hobbs, New Mexico (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility. Open to businesses based in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except New York and Florida, including online, remote, and home-based businesses, with gross annual revenue of $1 million or less. Businesses with over $1 million in gross annual revenue are not eligible. A storefront or office is not required. A business is based in the state of its principal place of business, as stated on its entry. Entries must be submitted by an owner or authorized manager who is a legal U.S. resident and at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Sponsor, its employees and contractors, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Current Sponsor clients may enter.
- Entry period. Opens October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and closes December 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries received outside this period are not eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock.
- How to enter. Submit the entry form on this page or request the complimentary audit at rig5ive.com/audit. For an eligible business, either counts as its entry. Limit one entry per business; duplicate entries count once. Nominating a business does not enter it. Incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries are void.
- Prize. One Digital Makeover: Rig5ive agency services with an approximate retail value of $10,000, scoped with the winner after the audit and delivered over up to 12 months from award. Services not used within that period are forfeited. No cash or other substitute, and the prize is not transferable, except that Sponsor may substitute services of equal or greater value. Third-party costs such as paid advertising spend, printing, domain and software subscriptions, and hosting after the first year are not included unless Sponsor agrees in writing. On-site work is provided within 150 miles of Hobbs, New Mexico, at no travel cost; beyond that, services are delivered remotely.
- Winner selection. One potential winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification and verification. The potential winner will be contacted by phone or email and must respond within 7 days and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and to provide proof of the business’s location and the entrant’s authority to act for it. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is ineligible, the prize may be awarded to an alternate drawn from the remaining eligible entries. The winner will be announced on rig5ive.com on December 24, 2026.
- Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize’s value and may request a Form W-9 before awarding it.
- Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the business name, city, and a description of the makeover work in promotion without further compensation. Sponsor will ask before publishing photos or quotes.
- General conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects its integrity, and in that case may award the prize from eligible entries received before the change. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.
- Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any loss or injury arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
- Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of New Mexico. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lea County, New Mexico. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
- Privacy. Entry details are used to administer the giveaway and deliver the audit. Privacy policy.
